Event chairing

 

I love talking to writers and finding out about their inspirations! I have chaired literary events at festivals, bookshops and libraries and some of the wonderful writers I have interviewed include Rachel Joyce, Mary Lawson, Jessica Bull, Joanna Glen, Polly Clark, Amy Jeffs, Simon Mason and Elly Griffiths. Thanks to being both a literary publicist and an author myself, I can bring extensive experience of being on both sides of the stage to facilitate lively and engaging author events.

 

I will only interview authors whose books I genuinely like (fortunately my tastes are broad!)

I like to do my homework (hello backlist!), and I’ll also promote events via my newsletter and social media.
